Refund policy

At Skinergy Cosmetics, we take great care in ensuring all products are carefully packaged and dispatched in perfect condition.

Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Right)

If you are a consumer in Ireland or the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel, please use our Withdrawal Form. You do not need to call or email us — submitting this form is sufficient, and you'll receive confirmation once we've received it.

This right applies only to products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact. For hygiene reasons, once a product has been opened or used, it can no longer be returned for change of mind, in line with Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel by emailing customers@skinergycosmetics.ie with:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Once we review and approve the claim, we will offer either a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method.

Allergic Reactions / Sensitivities

We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchasing and performing a patch test prior to full use. Refunds are not offered for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities, except where required by law. 

Please always patch test Skinergy Cosmetics products prior to full application. Apply a small amount of the product behind your ear or on the inside of your elbow after cleansing. Monitor area for 24-48 hours, and if you experience no redness, irritation, or discomfort, this product is suitable for you to use. Our products are not intended for use, not are explicitly targeting or advertised for use among individuals under 18 years of age.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customers@skinergycosmetics.ie.
